The Event That Started It All
This event is more than just a fundraiser, it’s where the entire CarsonStrong Foundation story began.
In 2017, just after the first anniversary of Carson’s passing, the Higgins family wanted to do something to honor his life and keep his legacy alive.
They organized a golf outing to raise money for the causes Carson cared most about, and the response was incredible. What began as one day of remembrance and giving back quickly became something much bigger.
That first outing sparked the creation of the Foundation, turning pain into purpose and love into action.
About the Event
The Carson Higgins Memorial Golf Outing is one of our most anticipated events of the year. Hosted each September at a premier Northeast Ohio course, it’s a day of camaraderie, competition, and celebration — all in support of the Foundation’s mission.
Golfers enjoy 18 holes, on-course contests, raffle prizes, and dinner, all while raising vital funds to support every CarsonStrong initiative, including:
